Science from Wakanda 🧐🧐🧐

Image
In this blog we will talk about science behind BLACK PANTHER 's suit. The king of Wakanda, T'Challa. Let's begin... Black Panther's suit is made up with Vibranium, a extraterrestrial metal. 1)Vibranium can absorb Kinetic Energy. 2) It can store Kinetic Energy. So, let's see how it is used in suit . Let's begin with firing a bullet on suit. As we all know, bullet would have memontum, so on impact conservation of momentum would take place. So bullet would bounce back in pieces after collision with suit. But this doesn't happen in BP case, since all KE is absorbed & it act as perfectly Elastic Collision. But there is nothing like perfectly Elastic Collision. So on impact, suit would deform. Vibranium uses this Deformation to store the energy, like spring. When we compress the spring, it stores energy in form of Elastic Potential Energy. Same thing happens in BP's suit. Vibranium molecules are structured in the form of spring or they a

SUPERHERO LANDING

Image
In this blog let's talk about a famous superhero concept, a Superhero Landing. Superhero Landing is a 3 point landing using knee, fist & feet. (That's technically 4 points.) Let me give you a spoiler, this is perfectly impractical. Here are the reasons. 1) It's perfectly designed from a scientific standpoint to break your knee. 2) It's very hard on your knees. Now time for some science, Physics to be specific. If the momentum changes very rapidly, then force would be greater. Same thing happens in SHL. A guy traveling at very high speed, comes to stop in a very short tume. (0.367s). It would exert very high force on knees. For example: Iron Man dropping from height of 30m, would experience force of around 112000 N. Now force required to break femur (strongest bone) is 4000 N, so you know where you stand. How to perform it: For this purpose you need to do 2 things 1. Increase impact time. In normal landing it's 0.506s, which reduces the for

SPIDERMAN in Reality with Science!!!!!!!!!!

Image
I will be explaining the Science behind Marvel Superhero SPIDER MAN. Blog will focus on MCU version of Spider Man i. e. Tom Holland's Spider Man. Super powers explained here are 1. Web Shooter or Silk for swinging 2. Climbing on walls 3. Slider sense So, let's begin 1. WEB SHOOTER or SILK FOR SWINGING a) Lots of experiments have been done, which proves that, natural Spider silk is 5 times more tougher than Steel. c) Real spider silk could take around 1.7 Billion N/m² force . b) Considering Peter have weight 76 kg, he swings with average speed of 15 m/s & uses 10 m long silk, then tension in swing would be 1700 N. If we double the speed, then tension would increase to 6800 N. d) For Spider Man to swing around, he just needs silk as thick as a rope, which can easily take 1,00,000 N of force.  That's how he swings around!!!!!!!!! 2. CLIMBING ON WALLS a) Peter may have Spider like hairs on his body, to climb on walls. But they wil
